What type of clips are used? TOP
All items listed on the website use single prong, alligator style pinch clips with the exception of the pony tail streamers. I can use french clips if desired, but I've found that they break easily. I also have plastic snap clips with teeth available. I need an item quickly, do you have any local stores that carry your items? TOP
Yes, if you live in or around Naperville, IL, you will find many one-of-a-kind items from my sister company, The Cherry On Top at AnaBanana Kids. If you live in the Plainfield/Joliet area, you will find a wide selection of both The Cherry On Top and Bow Mama Hairbows at Back On the Rack in downtown Plainfield. If you are in the Yorkville/Oswego area, you can find a selection of my bows at Fun Kutz 4 Kids located at 3410 Orchard Rd. Finally, in the Geneva/Batavia area, you can find my items at Creative Impressions on 3rd St. in downtown Geneva.
How long before I receive my items? TOP
Generally orders will be mailed in 2-6 business days. Some items such as photo charms can take longer, up to 7-10 days. If you need your items by a certain date, please let me know when placing your order and I'll do my best to accomodate your request. If I don't see what I'm looking for on the website, does that mean you don't have it? TOP
Not everything I have or make is on this website. There are items that I take to shows or parties that I have a limited number of, or sell out quickly that I don't add to the site. If you don't see what you're looking for, please ask. I am happy to do custom work or track down items that you'd like to have. Do you offer wholesale pricing? TOP
